V.1 + to + V.2
After some verbs, like "want", "would like", "need", "decide", "refuse" etc., if there is a second verb, it is in the infinitive form with "to."
Examples:
I want to go shopping.
We need to buy some vegetables.
She would like to visit the museum.
He decided to find a new job.
